Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Once production is complete, your order will usually be shipped by the next business day. You should receive tracking information via email when your order ships.

 

Delivery Charges

Australia

For orders less than $150 we charge a flat rate of $14.95 for postage and handling.

Orders over $150 receive free shipping.

Express shipping is available for $19.95.

New Zealand

We charge a flat rate of $19.95 for postage and handling for all orders to New Zealand.

Express shipping is available for $24.95.

 

Delivery Times

Australia

Once an order had been shipped, most customers receive their order within 4 business days, but you should allow up to 6-8 business days for your goods to arrive. All delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will contact you straight away in the rare case of a delay.

New Zealand

Please allow for additional delivery time. Deliveries should usually take between 6-14 business days to arrive.
